The perfect stone ground Mexican style chocolate, with a sprinkle of salt!  These are some of my  favorite bars of chocolate!  There is something about the pure cocoa flavor and the rustic texture that brings a smile to my face!  I love to eat them as is but they also make an excellent hot beverage!  Just add a disk to some hot milk or water
 (8-12 oz, or to your preference), then stir, dissolve, and enjoy!
